Service Description
For this 3 hour reservation, you and up to 7 of your guests will enjoy a comfortable ride in a luxury van with an experienced driver. Price includes transportation and Hawaii General Excise Tax Fee. Food, beverage, and site tour/entrance fees are not included. For pick-up within 30 miles of Ellison Onizuka Kona International Airport at Keahole (KOA), rental time will begin at time of pick-up.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In the event that you need to cancel your tour, we offer the following cancellation policy: 1. Cruise ship passengers needing to cancel due ship itinerary changes or inability to access port are entitled to a full refund less a $25 processing fee. 2. Cancelation of trip more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time is entitled to full refund less a $25 processing fee. 3. Cancelation of trip less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time is entitled to 50% refund. We strive to process refunds promptly.
