TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This terms and conditions agreement is to be made between you (the booking party) and Ohana Private Car & Fun LLC. From this point on in this terms and conditions agreement Ohana Private Car & Fun LLC will be referred to as OPC.
Payments and Refunds: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In the event that you need to cancel your trour, we offer the following cancellation policy: 1. Cruise ship passangers needing to cancel due ship itenerary changes or inabaility to access port are entitled to a full refund less a $25 processing fee. 2. Cancelation of trip more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time is entitled to full refund less a $25 processing fee. 3. Cancelation of trip less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time is entitled to 50% refund. We strive to process refunds promptly.
Mileage and Fuel Cost: You and up to 7 of your guests will enjoy a comfortable ride in a luxury van with an experienced OPC driver.
Pick-up Location: For pick-up within 30 miles of Ellison Onizuka Kona International Airport at Keahole (KOA), rental time will begin at time of pick-up. A fee of $25 will be added for travel of 121-220 miles from pick-up location. A fee of $50 will be applied to trips over 220 miles from pick-up location. For pick-up more than 30 miles from KOA, rental time and miles calculations will begin when your vehicle reaches 30 miles from KOA.
Fees: Groups are responsible for booking are responsible for booking and paying for any attractions/excursions planned during the OPC reservation. All fees required during the reservation (such as attraction entry or parking fees) are covered by the reserving party. OPC may provide fee estimates, but are not responsible for the accuracy of those estimates.
Additional Services: By requesting booster or car seat(s), chairs, umbrellas, or towels you are attesting that you understand that they are being provided by OPC as a curtesy and you are releasing OPC from any liability associated with them. The provided beach chairs are reclining, lay flat, backpack beach chairs with a 250lb weight limit.
Termination of Trip: Ohana Private Car may need to end your trip early for various reasons. The following is a list of examples (but not limited to) that could end your trip prematurely, Natural Disaster, Government mandate, road closures, vehicle malfunction, illness, unruly passenger and more. Some things are just out of our control. Refunds for terminated trips will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Improved Roads: Although the Big Island is a natural wonderland, a large portion of this island is accessed by poor road conditions. OPC will limit all tours and transportation to improved roads. Driver makes final decision on road/vehicle navigability.
Photo Consent: Checking the box requesting to be featured on OPC websites or social media, serves as consent from all group members for images of them to be used on OPC websites, social media, and other business sites (such as TripAdvisor) at the discretion of OPC.
Testimonials: Clients who submit a testimonial will be emailed a 10% off code to be used with one year of issuance. A maximum of two testimonial discount codes will be provided per booking group.
