Airport Shuttle in Private Luxury Van

Service Description

We’ll pick up your group at Kona International Airport and transport you to the Kona or Kohala destination of your choice. Standard rates apply out to the Mauna Kea resort, destinations beyond that point will incur additional fees. This airport shuttle is not recommended for larger groups traveling with several large bags. Our van can easily accommodate 4-5 large suitcases and several smaller bags but not much more. Although we can easily and comfortably haul 8 passengers, we cannot haul 8 passengers and lots of large bags. Please plan accordingly or your bags may have to ride on your lap all the way. Please book your return trip as a seperate booking. Price includes Hawaii General Excise Tax Fee.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In the event that you need to cancel your trour, we offer the following cancellation policy: 1. Cruise ship passangers needing to cancel due ship itenerary changes or inabaility to access port are entitled to a full refund less a $25 processing fee. 2. Cancelation of trip more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time is entitled to full refund less a $25 processing fee. 3. Cancelation of trip less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time is entitled to 50% refund. We strive to process refunds promptly.
