Service Description

We’ll pick up you and up to 7 of your guests and transport you to either Keauhou or Honokohou Harbor for your prescheduled maritime activity (cost and booking of maritime activities not included), then we’ll be there afterwards to return you to the pick-up location. Base price shown for group up to 8, extended pick-up and drop-off distances will incur additional cost (Waikoloa Beach and beyond going to Keauhou Harbor will cost $350 per group. Price includes Hawaii General Excise Tax Fee.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In the event that you need to cancel your trour, we offer the following cancellation policy: 1. Cruise ship passangers needing to cancel due ship itenerary changes or inabaility to access port are entitled to a full refund less a $25 processing fee. 2. Cancelation of trip more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time is entitled to full refund less a $25 processing fee. 3. Cancelation of trip less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time is entitled to 50% refund. We strive to process refunds promptly.
