This fully customized private tour is the perfect option for guests of cruise ships docking at the port of Hilo. We will pick up your group from the port and offer several tour stop options to make the most of your day in Hilo. With so many incredible destinations to choose from, our tour stop options include Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, Punalu’u Black Sand Beach, Punalu’u Bakery, Pohoiki Bay & Hot Spring, Muana Loa Macadamia Nut Visitor Center, Panaewa Rainforest Zoo, Lili’uokalani Gardens, Hilo Farmers Market, Rainbow Falls, Akaka Falls, and Waipio Valley Lookout. As this is a 6-hour tour, we won't be able to cover all these incredible stops in one day, but we will work with you to create the perfect itinerary for your group based on your preferences and interests. Our goal is to provide you with the ultimate Hilo Shore Excursion experience, all for one price for up to 8 people. Price includes Hawaii Volcanoes National Park and Akaka Falls Stat Park entrance fees. Food, beverage, and other site tour/entrance fees are not included. Price includes Hawaii General Excise Tax Fee. This tour includes pick-up at the Port of Hilo, rental time will begin at time of pick-up. A fee of $25 will be added for travel of 121-220 miles from pick-up location. A fee of $50 will be applied to trips over 220 miles from pick-up location.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In the event that you need to cancel your trour, we offer the following cancellation policy: 1. Cruise ship passangers needing to cancel due ship itenerary changes or inabaility to access port are entitled to a full refund less a $25 processing fee. 2. Cancelation of trip more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time is entitled to full refund less a $25 processing fee. 3. Cancelation of trip less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time is entitled to 50% refund. We strive to process refunds promptly.
